In-Store Purchases

• Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Eligible for store credit or exchange up to 30 days from the original purchase date.
• Please note: Our store is closed Sundays and Mondays. Customers are responsible for making return arrangements within the return window.

Online Orders

• Orders are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of delivery (items must be shipped back within this timeframe).
• Orders shipped back after 14 days but within 30 days of delivery will receive store credit only.
  All orders returned after 30 days are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from the original purchase date.
• All exchanges are subject to item availability.

Final Sale Items

• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, including refunds or store credit.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• You may request a prepaid return label through our store; a $5 standard fee will be automatically deducted from your refund or store credit.
